The outdoor pool with cliffside setting was a highlight.
The allocated twin room did not match our request for a double room despite low occupancy. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, quite disappointing. The electric window blind malfunctioned, leaving us to deal with unwanted light .

A view of the beach from our window. Restaurante la mirada is a short walk to the hotel. The property was really close to Cala Cerrada and Aquopolis Torrevieja.

Big hype, little substance
While the beach view was fine and the staff super friendly, the lack of tea/coffee-making facilities and the dated decor took away from the experience. The buffet food selection was quite unexciting, and the restaurant's layout felt congested. A lovely location but falls short in modern comforts and ambiance.
